How much will it cost?
UK and Channel Islands
£1.99 - Orders up to £10.00
£2.99 - Orders over £10.00
When will my order be dispatched? How long will it take?
Most orders are dispatched usually within 2 days of us receiving your completed order. Orders placed at the weekend or on a national holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.
UK orders are sent using Royal Mail 1st Class and aim to deliver within 1 working day. Sometimes larger orders will be sent via Courier, you will be sent an email if this is the case.
We want you to receive your order as soon as possible and will always aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days, but sometimes this may vary. During peak times i.e. Sale and holidays. As Duck Egg Threads is a small family run business there will be no shipping during our family holidays, notice will be given on the website when these breaks in shipping will take place.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We are pleased to ship to our International customers.
Up to 100g = £4.00
101g – 250g = £10.00
251g – 500g = £12.00
501g – 750g = £13.50
Rest of the World
Up to 100g = £4.50
101g – 250g = £11.00
251g – 500g = £15.00
501g – 750g = £16.50
International orders Up to 100g are sent using Royal Mail’s International Standard service which aims to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days and Rest of the World between 5-7 working days dependant on country.
International orders over 100g are sent using Royal Mail’s International Tracked service, providing end to end tracking. Royal Mail aim to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days and Rest of the World between 6-7 working days dependant on country.
Customers are responsible for any additional customs or duties charges imposed by their own country.
We want to keep our shipping costs fair and as low as possible for all our customers. Our shipping charges are based on the cost of Royal Mail postage + packaging cost + a small handling fee.
We are more than happy to refund your shipping cost if you live in the West Yorkshire region and wish to collect your order in person, please email email@example.com to discuss.
We are in the process of changing all our packaging to sustainable and recyclable solutions. It is our belief that we need to substantially reduce the use of plastic for the sake of the world’s environment.
It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that their address is entered correctly during checkout. We are NOT responsible for any orders that are sent to the wrong address from being incorrectly inputted by the customer.
