How do we use your personal information? 
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

We may collect and process the following data about you which will be hosted securely and NOT shared with any 3rd party:
  • If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence for future reference
  • We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them, and they are anonymous
  • For the purpose of running competitions that you choose to enter
  • For your orders, you submit your name, email, address and phone number. All communication you receive from us will be via email. We will never contact you by phone unless you specifically request us to do so
  • When signing up to our newsletter, we only store your name and email address, you can opt out of the newsletter at anytime
Duck Egg Threads uses ‘cookie’ technology. Cookies are small files that are stored on your computer by the website you are visiting. We use cookies to help us to make your visit as user-friendly as possible and better understand how you interact with the Site and our service. For example, cookies are used on Duck Egg Threads to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store your details when you set up an account and to recognise you when you return to the Site. We use MailerLite to manage our email marketing subscriber list and to send emails to our subscribers. MailerLite is a third-party provider, which may process your data using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our newsletter.

Your privacy is very important to us, we promise never to disclose your information with any third parties for mailing or marketing purposes.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
